All of our services are delivered in the format of online consultations — including business planning, marketing strategies, legal setup, staff recruitment, and related advisory support.

Service Nature

Please note that since our services are digital in nature and provided remotely (via video calls, email communication, or shared online documents), no physical products are shipped or returned.


Refund Eligibility

We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer the option of a refund under the following conditions:

  • A full refund is available if the service has not yet been delivered (i.e., the consultation session has not started, or no materials have been provided).
  • A partial refund may be issued if the service was partially delivered, based on the scope of work already completed.
  • No refund will be provided after the full service has been delivered or if the client has actively participated in the full consultation session or received all promised materials.

Each refund request is reviewed individually, taking into account the status of the consultation, the resources spent, and the value already provided.


Time Frame for Request

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the scheduled consultation date or service initiation. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for consideration.


Non-refundable Services

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Services delivered in full or based on a customized scope that has been fulfilled.
  • Missed consultation sessions without prior notice or rescheduling.
